- In a frying take marinate chicken and cook for 10 min in medium flame with 1 tablespoon of oil.

- Heat oil on tawa add onions, chilli, tomatoes and curry leaves mix don't fry.

- Add chicken immediately mix well and slow roast in medium flame.

- Chicken will star leaving oil. Add pudina leaves and pepper

- Keep rostind till chicken becomes tender and dry

- At this stage rost in high flame for 5min
