- 750 gm chicken

- 6-7 strands kesar
- 4-5 drops mughlai attar
- 2-3 tbsp fried onions
- To taste salt and sugar
- As needed oil and ghee
Steps to make to make Chicken biryani
- Boil water in a pan add salt
- As it boils add whole garam masala
- Add rice and boil and drain out the water as it is par boiled
- Heat oil and add onion slices and red chilli whole
- Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add Potatoes and saute well
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
- Now add the chicken pieces marinated with salt, turmeric and garam masala powder
- Now cover it till it become soft
- Add tomato and saute well till it become soft
- Now heat ghee in a pan add biryani masala and keep aside
- Now place a portion of rice in a deep pan
- Arrange Potatoes and chicken pieces
- Cover it with rice and repeat the process
- Finally garnish it with fried eggs,onions,ghee with biryani masala and kesar soaked milk along with mughlai attar
- Seal the pot well and keep on low heat for 20-30 mnts
- Serve it with raita
