  3. 3 tablespoons yoghurt

  7. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. Pinch turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  12. 1-1/2 teaspoon cumin & coriander dry roasted and crushed powder
  13. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  14. 1 cup water
  15. For garnishing:-
  16. 1 teaspoon crushed Kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
  17. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  18. 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves

Steps to make to make Peshawari chicken Kadai

  1. Firstly we will wash chicken with vinegar to avoid fishy smell further take a Kadhai add oil to it and pop in the chicken fry until colour changes then add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute then add chopped tomatoes,salt and cook until tomatoes are mashed next add the whipped yoghurt red chilli powder,turmeric powder,water cover it & cook for 10 minutes
  2. Once it is done lastly add black pepper powder,Garam masala powder,capsicum and all rest of the ingredients and cook it on high flame burner until oil separates. Pop it in a serving bowl garnish with grated ginger,coriander leaves and serve with hot white rice or kulcha,tandoori naan etc..!
