- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ghee

- Make a paste of onion, garlic, tomato, soaked red chilli.

- Fry the potatoes in mustard oil.
